That’s easy—we’re open whenever you’re ready to shop! Search our online site and place an order whenever’s best for you.
Customer service is happy to take your call Mondays through Fridays, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. CST, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call us at 952.920.1044. Or e-mail us anytime!
What if I need to ask a question at, like, midnight?
Easy. Leave us your question on our voice message at 952.920.1044. Better yet, send us a note, and we'll be happy to get back to you on the next business day.
Where are you located?
Everywhere! That’s the greatest part of being an online boutique. Also, look for Zelaz Sightings, as we often have booths at events or kiosks at temporary locations around town. Learn more at our What’s Happening page.
Isn’t it cheaper to just go to the mall and not pay for shipping?
Nope. The beauty of our online boutique is we don’t pay rent for space in the mall. That way we keep down costs and pass these savings on to you. AND we offer FREE shipping for any package, regardless of whether its 3 pieces or 15 pieces.
What if I don’t like what I ordered?
Easy. Send it back. We ask that you return anything you don’t like within 15 days of receiving it. Tags must be attached for garments to be returned. We provide a mailing label. |
