Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my Zelaz purchase?

Yes, we want you to be pleased with your order in terms of quality and fit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it for you. Clothing must be unworn and clean and must have the original sales tag affixed upon the garment. Returned garments with sales tags removed will not be accepted and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment.

  • Complete the RETURN FORM at the bottom of your original sales receipt or packing slip. All information must be complete in order to process an exchange.

  • Return the item to Zelaz, along with the original sales receipt or packing slip to:

  • Ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post). Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Zelaz cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.
